Coaching Insight Seminar

University of Winchester

23rd November 1:30-4:20pm

The session will begin with structured networking lunch, where coaches and system builders will have an opportunity to meet and talk shop on a range of topics.  The seminar will start promptly at 1.30pm, where our invited speakers will introduce a series of topics including the coach as an agent of change, coaching, teaching and learning styles, and coaching talented and elite performers.  The session will finish promptly at 4.30pm.

As part of the Mission Possible Master Class series, this course encompasses the Olympic/Paralympic themes of excellence, inspiration and equality.

Coaching Digital Natives

Hampshire County Council

30th November 6:30-9:30pm

Part of the Mission Possible Master Class Series, this course represents the Olympic and Paralympic values - excellence and inspiration. This course will provide an introduction on how IT can enhance coaching practice, learning and reflection.

The qualified tutor will demonstrate how even a basic grasp of social networking and video analysis can improve our coaching interactions with players and athletes.

By the end of this workshop you will learn how to:-

* Unpick the confusing market place of social media tools and apps
* Understand how IT can enhance your coaching and maximise learning
* Get hands on experience to using powerful video analysis tools
