On the third Thursday we all come together to do the threshold session

For endurance athletes there are generally 2 training sessions available on a Thursday evening - a threshold session and the SOS (something of substance) session.

Runners are encouraged to try both and to move between the groups as suits their own fitness and training plans.  Just to be different on the third Thursday of the month we all get together and do the threshold session.
