Meet at track for warm up , drills @ 6.45pm with Penny .Followed by club chat , session starts @7.00pm.

Marathoners :  6x 800 Alt . 10k /M.P. Jog 75 rec.

Others : 4 x 800 ( 90 ) , 4 x 400 (75), 4 x 200 ( 200jog )

2.5 Mins between sets . This session same on grass with Adrian .
