Meet at track for warm up , drills with Penny at 6.45pm. ,followed by Club chat , then session starts at 7.00pm.

Pyramids ; 4 Mins Threshold ,then : 2 Sets of 800 , 600 , 400 , 200 (90) 2.5 Mins between sets .
