Hills + Mile reps

Meet at track for warm up . Drills with Shirley at 6.45pm. , followed by club chat . Session starts @ 7.00pm.

Run to Magdalen hill for hill loops . 

Around loop -2 x 8 Mins ( 2 min rec. )

Then - move to Guildhall for 3 x 1 mile around Cathedral circuit . ( 90 rec.)

Grass session with Adrian.

WEEKLY TOP TIP - Never lose sight of speed throughout the year .A pace session must always complement the weeks training.
