Anyone know of a room to rent in/around Winchester?

A potential new member is looking to rent somewhere to live in or close to Winchester for weekdays starting in March?  If you know of anywhere, could you get in touch with me? lou@louwalker.com. 

Here is what he says in his email: 

I'm looking for a basic room and bed for the night during the week, Monday - Thursday. I'm a quiet lad, and will be spending most of my time either working or training! Access to a kitchen would also be useful. Winchester or to the east (Hinton Ampner side) would be best. I don’t mind if it is in town or more rural as I will have a car. Happy to negotiate rent.

As he says, he'll be working at Hinton Ampner so Alresford, Cheriton etc would all be good.
