Wessex Cross Country - New Season information
Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 10:30PM The new season for the Wessex League Cross Country begins on Sunday 30th October at Canford School
We enter this league mainly to ensure our Under 11s (/Year 4, 5 & 6) get a chance to compete but of course all WADAC members can run.
For this season we are pleased to announce that we have two new Junior Wessex XC Managers
Boys: Simon Walters wsxcboys@wadac.org.uk
Girls: Laura Turner wsxcgirls@wadac.org.uk
They will be focussing on the younger athletes and therefore anyone from the older age groups looking for a runout will be expected to look after themselves.
The first match is at Canford School in Canford Magna on Sunday 30th October
For all Year 4, 5 and 6 runners wanting to compete in the Wessex Cross Country League.
The overall race timetable starts at 12 noon, but the U11 race for the WADAC year 5 and 6 runners is at 1250.
RUNNERS SHOULD THEREFORE ARRIVE AT CANFORD BY NO LATER THAN 12.00 NOON.

When you arrive at Canford school via the archway, please
take a RIGHT turn immediately after the church and look for the
cricket pavillion on the left. Please note you may be directed to park
elsewhere if it gets busy..
Upon arrival, look for the WADAC flag. Laura and Simon, the team managers, will provide further instructions from there. In the meantime, all you need to do if you want to run is:

Please send these messages by no later than 27th October so that we have some idea of how many to expect.
There should be hot drinks and refreshments on sale
