Meet at Harestock for long reps. ( see map location ) .

Meet for drills  @ 6.50 pm . Using I K Harestock loop .

Endurance : 1 K , 2 K , 1 K , 2K , 1K .( 90 Rec. ) @ 10 K  Pace

M,arathoners : 1 K , 2 K , 1 K , 2 K  ( 90 REC. ) Followed by  3 K  @ Marathon pace , continuous .
