Valentines Day grass session - truly lovely
Two sets of 3 x (90 secs @ 5k pace followed immediately by 4 mins @ 10k pace).
3 mins recovery between the two sets.
This is a tough one. If you are not feeling recovered after Bramley, depending on your goals (ie spring marathon or not etc) you have a few options:
- do just the one set
- not doing all of the second set
- miss out the middle part of each set
- do the whole session but at10k/ threshold pace instead of 5k/10k pace.
