ENDURANCE TRAINING - TUESDAY FEBRUARY 21ST.

Meet at Harestock  ( Swanmore close ) (SEE MAP ON WEBSITE)  FOR DRILLS @ 6.50 PM.

Endurance training : 3 x 2k  plus 1 k @ 10 k  pace on Harestock loop . ( 90 rec. )

Marathoners  : 3 x 2k ( 90 jog rec. ) plus 4 k @ marathon pace.
