ENDURANCE TRAINING -TUESDAY FEBRUARY 7TH.

Meet at track for warm up .Drills  @ 6.50 pm.

ENDURANCE TRAINING :  2 SETS :

1 K, 800 , 600 , 400 , 300  ( 90 Between )  3 mins between sets.  @ 10K pace.

MARATHON TRAINING :

6 X 1 K  @ M . P.  with  400m hard between each set .
