ENDURANCE TRAINING-TUESDAY 24TH.FEBRUARY

Meet at HARESTOCK 6.40 p.m. JUNCTION OF BRADLEY ROAD/SWANMORE CLOSE) (for warm up around loop) .Session starts at 6.50 pm .

Full session depends on runners fitness .

Using 1K loop : 8 x 1k ( Alternating 5k /Threshold pace ) 75 sec.rec.

MARATHONERS : 6 X 1K (DITTO ) Rec. 75 sec. jog .

Followed by 4 K continuous @ M.P.
