Meet at track for warm up .Drills @ 6.50pm with Karen Hazlett .Session starts @ 7.00pm.( George Hide )

6x 800 ( 90 rec. )

Extra 5 Mins threshold if not racing.

Marathon training

7 x 1 k using road loop @ M.P. Then on track 400m @ 5k pace inbetween each 1k

All session is continuous

Training if racing :

45 mins steady with 1 min pick -ups .
