ENDURANCE TRAINING FOR TUESDAY JANUARY 17TH.
Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 4:14PM Meet at track for warm up , Drills @ 6.50 pm. Run to Magdalene hill for 12 min loop on Magdalene hill . Move to Cathedral for 3 x 1 mile on Cathedral circuit. ( part @ m. p.)
NOTE :session will vary for Endurance group and is dependent on fitness etc.
