Monday, January 16, 2012 at 10:02AM Pyramid session: two sets of 5 min, 3 min, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min @ threshold, 10k, 5k paces. 90sec recoveries and 3 mins between sets.
Everyone welcome. A great session for you if you're wanting to dip your toes into interval training to develop a bit of speed :-)
