Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 12:40PM The final Southern Athletics League match of the season is on Saturday 20th August at The Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth. Lets see if we can win this match following on from our joint win last match :-)
The only requirements in order to take part are that you are a first claim member and you will be 15 or over on 31st August (no maximum age limit!),
There is NO MINIMUM STANDARD and NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and its always a fun day, so why not give it a go!!
The events range from 100m to 3000m(ladies)/5000m(Men), hurdles, steeplechase, all jumps, all throws and relays so there is something for everyone. We need 2 people per event plus we are allowed many non-scorers.
We are down on numbers due to holidays, so please sign up if you are free!!
Perhaps those who tried the MAGIC MILE would like to get an official PB over 1500m / 800m / 3000?!
