Meets at Farley Mount on Saturdays when there are no cross country races.

For those who run for fun and those who are more competitive, for all ages from 11 years to 90 years, come and enjoy the freedom of the countryside and running away from the noise and fumes of the traffic.

The club enters teams in a variety of leagues catering for all ages and standards. For the more ambitious there is the chance to enter County, regional and National Championships.
