Hampshire Individual Sportshall Championships - Saturday 8th March
We have just received notification, together with Application Forms and Timings, for this end-of-season event at which WADAC athletes have always done well. It is not Club sponsored as it is an open event, but has always proved popular with our young athletes; particularly those who have been unlucky enough not to be chosen for our League Teams, or just been unavailable to compete. It is usually a fun event and all our young athletes are encouraged to take part, both for personal honours and to try an achieve personal bests, which are often achieved in open competition. We compete as a Club in the Hampshire Sportshall League which enables our young athletes to be invited to represent Hampshire in the Norwich Union (NU) events. We also encourage our children to participate as Club athletes in the Hampshire Individual (Ind) Championships, towards the end of the season. Confirmed details are:

g.Saturday 12 Apr 08	NU National Final.	NEC Arena, Birmingham
