HRRL website AWARDS are given to the first 3 women in the Main competition and the first 3 women in the Age-adjusted competition. Main award
  winners cannot also win an age-adjusted award. In the event of a tie on points, other criteria such as most HRRL races completed
  will be used to determine the award winners. An award is also given to the runner judged to have "Most Improved" in this
  season's HRRL races compared to last, and a "12 out of 12" will be awarded to any runner who completes all 12 races.
