2 x (5 mins, 3 mins, 1 min, 3 mins, 5 mins) with 90 sec recoveries and 3 mins between sets.  5 mins at 10k pace with shorter intervals at faster pace eg 3 mins @ 5k and 1 min at 1500/3000m pace.
