On the Third Thursday we all do the Threshold Session

On a Thursday evening there are generally 2 different training sessions on offer for our endurance athletes......Alan's threshold session and the SOS (something of substance) session.  Athletes are encouraged to move between the groups as suits their training plan and/or level of fitness but on the third Thursday of the month we all get together and do the threshold session. Great fun meet at the track 18.45 for 19.00
