Liz Yelling 1200s:

5 x 1200 as:

1. 1200 @ 10k pace
2. 400 10k pace, 400 5k pace, 400 10k pace
3. 3 x (200@10k, 200@ 5k)
4. 1200 with each 400 progressively faster
5. 1200 at best pace.
