The SOS session will be the culmination of our recent diet of hill sessions.....the long awaited "Killer Hills"

After maybe 6-8 weeks of hill work building leg strength for the XC championship season and forming the base for our Spring Marathon training this is it.....Killer Hills.

Don't be put off by the hype, it sounds much worse than it is but it is a great way to sign-off our leg-strength build up programme before Christmas and a perfect way to shake-off any post Xmas party blues.   

All welcome, meet at the track 18.45 for 19.00 - there will of course be a threshold session available as well should you prefer.
