The SOS session will be the culmination of our recent diet of hill sessions.....the long awaited "Killer Hills"
A bit later in the year than normal but this is the culmination of our weeks of hill work building leg strength for summer events and forming the base for our Spring Marathon training this is it.....Killer Hills.
Don't be put off by the hype, it sounds much worse than it is but it is a great way to sign-off our leg-strength build up programme and allow ourselves to start to think of light nights and getting some pace work done.
All welcome, meet at the track 18.45 for 19.00 - this quite a long session but there are shortcut options and there will of course also be a threshold session available should you prefer.
