Please put the dates for the Southern Athletics League 2019 in your diaries.
All the matches are pretty local and we are hosting two, so will be needing lots of volunteers to help the matches run smoothly as usual.

SAL is for all age groups from U17 to Veterans, for all first claim members (and new for this year a limited number of 2nd claim members allowed).
No minimum standard, all welcome to try something new or to go for some PBs.
