Membership Fees for 2025/2026

Joining

Our membership year runs from 1st April.

Any new application (or application to renew) will be reviewed by the Committee after the relevant form and fee has been paid and does not become active and valid until the Committee has approved it. The Committee reserves the right to refuse an application if it is not in the best interests of the club.

If you join after August, as a new member your annual fee will be automatically reduced to reflect this. If you join during the month of March your membership year will extend automatically until 1st April in the following calendar year.

When applying for membership (or renewal) you will be asked to abide by the club policies and you are expected to keep updated on and comply with any updates.

Renewal

Memberships fees become due on March 1st and are based on a subscription period of one year from April 1st.

Prorated fees are applied if joining after August.

As mentioned above, all applications for renewal will be reviewed and approved by the committee before becoming active and valid. Members should abide by club policies and keep updated on any changes.

Fees

Fees include the England Athletics affiliation fee.

Fees for the 2025/2026 membership year are unchanged from the previous year.

• First Claim Adult Individual Membership: £100.00 (GBP):

• First Claim Junior Individual Membership (school years 4-12): £135.00 (GBP)

• First Claim Family Membership (3 or more family members (2 members will pay the full individual fee then 50% off for each subsequent junior member in full-time education e.g., 2 adults plus a child would be £267.50, 1 adult and 2 children would be £302.50, 3 children would be £337.50. When renewing a family membership, you will be charged a base price of £267.50 and then the membership secretary will generate an additional invoice for you, if applicable.

• First Claim Veteran Membership (over 65): £55.00 (GBP)

• First Claim Full-Time Students in Year 13 or University Students under 25: £55.00 (GBP)

• Second Claim Adult Individual Membership (first claim out of county): £90.00 (GBP):

• Second Claim Junior Individual Membership (school years 4-12) (first claim out of county): £125.00 (GBP)

• Second Claim Veteran Membership (over 65) (first claim out of county): £55.00 (GBP)

• Second Claim Full-Time Students in Year 13 or University Students under 25 (first claim out of county): £55.00 (GBP)
