nApproximate timings are given here. However we will run each race as soon as we are ready after the previous race. Therefore, the later your race, the more likely it is that it will run earlier than the advertised time. Please be up at the shot put area (outside the track) at least 10 mins before the start of your race. Gerry O'Brien will be marshalling you pre-start.

nResults will be available on the website tomorrow, sometime during the morning. We will ask you to check details such as name spelling before the results are sent to Power of 10.

nU13 and younger age categories unfortunately won't have their results on Power of 10 because technically they are not meant to run further than 1500m according to UKA rules.
