The HRRL Grand Prix Pages have been updated for the Solent Half Marathon. These pages can be viewed at any time via the menu: “Competitions and Leagues” – “Hampshire Road Running League" and clicking on the HRRL Grand Prix Pages link towards the bottom of the page.

n In the GP pages you can see the WADAC runners’ competition results for this season and last season. Two separate competitions are run:

n· The Main Competition is based upon the gun times

n· The Age-Adjusted Competition is the runners’ (chip) times adjusted for their age according to the accepted standard adjustment factors. For the 2016-17 season I am using the new 2015 age adjustment values. Last season I used the 2006-10 age adjustment values. Click here to get a comparison between the two sets of values.
