WADAC juniors turn out in force at Hampshire Championships

The U11 boys got the competition off to an excellent start, with the WADAC A team winning gold and the B team winning bronze. There was also an individual silver medal for James Lewis, and some very good debut runs by some of the club's newest junior members.

nIn the U11 girls race, the WADAC A team took team bronze medals with the B team not far behind in 5th place, and here too, several new runners making good starts to club competition.

nThere was a silver medal for the U13 boys in a strong field, where the benefits of Farley Mount training were clearly visible as strong finishes secured the team's podium place.

nFinally, the U13 girls not only turned out a scoring team for the first time this season, but also grouped so well that they secured a fourth-placed team finish.
