nI’m afraid there were a few events that were over-subscribed
nso we have not been able to give everyone all their choices this time. We’ve
ntaken into account YDL sign-ups and the timetable of events when making the
nselections. We have noted those not selected this time and will take this into
naccount when selecting the team for the next matches. Our apologies for this.
nA= A string;B = B string;N/S = non-scoring – athletes still compete and have their performance recorded but their results do not count towards the overall team result.Yellow = event requested but not selected for this time (Boys sheet only).Blue = We’ve selected this for you to make up a relay team. Please let me know if you’d rather not do this event (Boys sheet only).

nIf anyone isn’t doing the maximum of 3 events plus a relay
nand would like to do another event, please let us know.
nYou will see some red/notes in the URN column. Please don’t worry
nabout this for now. We will attempt to resolve any issues with England
nAthletics numbers this week.

nPlease
ncheck spelling and event allocation carefully and then email us(boyswessex@wadac.org.uk and girlswessex@wadac.org.uk ) if there are any problems. If for
nany reason your child cannot compete on the day, please send us an email,
nparticularly if they are a scoring athlete, so we can replace him/her.

nPlease aim to arrive one hour before your event to warm up
nand collect your number/letter from the WADAC gazebo. Scoring
nathletes (A and B strings on the team selection) will be given their letter
n(W/WW) to wear when they sign in. Non-scoring athletes will receive a number.

nPlease remember your WADAC vest – you won’t be able to
ncompete without it.

nPlease park at the Park & Ride – there will be no
nparking at the track.

nRefreshments will be on sale in the Clubhouse.
