nHere is the draft team sheet for the HOME YDL UAG match THIS Sunday. There are many gaps - let me know if you can fill any of them.
n2017 Wadac May 28 Draft Teamsheet Upper 4I have marked on the team sheet which parents have volunteered to help - thank you to them, at a home match, we cannot operate without lots of people each helping us with an hour or so of their time. We still need more help. Please can any more parents, injured athletes or siblings, let me know if you are able to volunteer for:Runner - taking results from track and field officials to the scorerHelpdesk (even half an hour) - you can still watch events, but you receive queries from team managers/coaches and find me/someone else to answer them.Field volunteer - half an hour to help Winchester Field Official (Karin) - most urgently 11.30 - at the women’s shot. No experience required.Volunteers so far are:Scorer - Kathryn Miles (qualified job!)Qualified Field Official - Karin GrayField Vlolunteers - Simone Holley (Women’s HJ 14.45 & Men’s Discus 16.30), Louise H-K/ Ed H-K (HJ & Discus; Colin Thomas (HJ & Discus)Lunches: Anna GoldsmithHelp-desk (half an hour to an hour - please tell me which slots suit): Marie Woods, Sonia Miles, Kim Goble ?Runners (results/ water): Sarah Brown, Colin Thomas (after 12, before 2.30)Athletes - Remember your Club Vest and suncreamDrivers - no parking at track - Park at Bar EndRefreshments - cafe will serve drinks and snacks and ice creams, no sandwichesOfficials - anyone volunteering as a Field Official, plus other officials, gets a packed lunch!
