nWinchester had 15 men running and 9 ladies. Overall 112 ladies and 185 men ran.

nAfter all the rain, the course ended up being a bit muddy and hard with the hills, particularly the big hill at the end. Winchester ladies team comprised of Susy (1st), Sam Parkinson (5th) and Charlie Hoskins (15th). This meant that we finished in 2nd position but are still 4th position in the league, only one point behind Southampton. So please, please, please come and run at the remaining RR10’s ladies.
nOnce again, Pete Sansome was first Winchester man home (10th) , Andy Parkinson (36th), Colin McManus (43rd), Simon Williamson (53rd) and Stephen Lowy (63rd). The team finished 9th and takes the men back to 9th overall.

n
nThe next race, is Race 9 at Itchen Valley Country Park on 2nd August at the earlier time of 7.15pm. Hope you can all come and run.
