Let’s make the last match of the season a good one by turning out lots of athletes. If you enjoyed running the magic mile how about running a magic 1500m or 3000m/5000m.

nIt’s another double match so field events start a little earlier at 11am and track at 12:15.

nAll first-claim, fully paid up members from U17 (minimum age of 15 on 31st August 2017) through to veterans are eligible to compete and it is free to enter, there is no minimum standard so feel free to try something new or go for a PB.
