SCVAC / VAC T&F Championships

WADAC athletes had a successful outing at the combined SCVAC and VAC T&F Championships with medals all round at events ranging from the 100m to the 5000m.In glorious (arguably too warm) conditions at the Kingsmeadow Stadium in Kingston there was championship success for SCVAC members in their various age groups :Moira West 100m Championship Gold and new Championship AG record 200m Championship GoldKathryn Miles 100m Championship Silver 200m Championship Silver also competed in the Long JumpSteve Pethen 400m Championship Bronze also competed in the 100m and 200mThese championships are also open to Guest competitors from other Vets regional clubs and the VAC are kind enough to award Guest medals so we also celebrate :Steve Oliver 1500m Guest Gold 5000m Guest SilverWith 5 year age bands, great facilities and such generous medals policies these championships are a bit of late season fun and one for your diary next year !
