WADAC parkrunning stories from 11th August

Lots of WADAC members parkrunning last weekend - the consolidated list of club results can be found hereSpecial congratulations this week to Matt Grote who was our only first finisher of the whole weekend with a fine 17'44 at Winchester.Top tourists this week are the Parkinson family with all 5 on parade up at the Conwy park-run.....some early training for the Welsh Castles Relay next June!Competition for the tourist award will be particularly fierce this coming weekend as it is of course the holidays but also the Winchester ParkRun is not happening because of the Cheese & Chilli fest....so we all have to be tourists somewhere!Finally a wee challenge to all who enjoy their weekly 5km "speed session" at the ParkRun....how about something different on the weekend of 10th or 24th Sept?
