Wadac top 5 club in country

Based on the official EA registrations, Wadac is officially the fifth largest athletics club in the country with presently 563 affiliated EA members. When you factor in non-affiliated members we have just under 700 members so far this year but this is expected to rise to nearly 900 during the course of this membership year.
nThis reflects the growing number of young athletes who are being given an opportunity to experience athletics through the increased number of coaches, assistant coaches and parent helpers, who all commit a significant amount of time and energy to the club.

nGiven the large base of members and no doubt wide range of experience, if there is anyone interested in helping the club out more in coaching, administration or as a official please contact Paul Cox at chair@wadac.org.uk. We have a particular need for more track and field officials as the club is losing points in league competitions for not fielding enough of them. Being an official is a lot of fun and is a great way to give back to the club and meet new people across Hampshire.
