nI hope lots of people can run the next RR10 this Wednesday 18th July at Janesmoor Pond, 7.30pm. Only 3 races left that we are able to run in now, so please, please, please run if you can.
nPlease also pop Wednesday 15th August into your diary, it is the IBM Hursley, last race of the season and the one that WADAC organise. It is always a fun afternoon and evening and we really need as many marshals as possible. Please let me know if you can help, by email. Many thanks.

nJust a couple of points to be aware of:-
nAs the number of runners have increased this year the car parks will be stretched to their maximum capacity.

nPlease arrive in good time and allow for a 15 minute walk to the start. Car park marshals will be on duty from 18. 00.

nPlease be aware that if you are bitten on the night or bites show up on following days with a red ring of infection around them seek medical advice.
nLastly, unless their is a dramatic change in the weather the ground will be rock hard. So more chance of a turned ankle and no soft landings!

nM27 West, leave at Junction 1. At roundabout take B3079 to Brook then left at fork onto B3078. Turn next left (after golf course) . Keep left, Janesmoor Pond car park approx. 1 mile.
nPlease car share & arrive in good time. Latecomers may have a 15 – 20 minute walk to the start.

nFacilities :- There are no toilets or changing facilities.

nCourse :- Same as last year – 2 loops on forest paths and gravel tracks. 4.8 miles app.
