Success at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Malaga

Several WADAC athletes are competing in the World Masters Athletics Championships in Malaga this month.To date Andy Gannaway ran a seasons best in the semi finals of the 800m and also a competitive 400m in a stacked heat.Golden girl, Kathy Bailey has won two Gold medals (8km cross country and 10k on the road) and today a Bronze in the V50 5000m in 18.33, after wining the English Masters title last month. Her team mate Karen Rushton ran a superb 19.18 for 8th in the 5000m in hot and humid conditions this morning.Good luck to other WADAC athletes competing later this week.Karen and Kathy Cross country action
