Chilly Duathlon Race 3 results

The 3rd and last of the Wednesday night Chilly Duathlon series took place at Castle Combe on 5th September. Simon Stevens was the sole WADAC representative this time and got 7th place, first V40 and over a minute quicker than Race 2 a month earlier.How did that happen? Not the run. Just 10 seconds quicker on the second run. No, it was the bike leg, which was a minute quicker. Why? A light time trial bike replacing an aluminium road bike.All about the bike then. Which at least you can’t say about new running shoes. Maybe a bit of training too ... hopefully.
