RR10 Race 1, Wednesday 17th April 7pm, Royal Victoria Country Park

nThe first RR10 Race of the season kicks off this Wednesday (17th April) at 7pm at the Royal Victoria Country Park.
nTraffic is notoriously bad so please allow plenty of time to get there. Directions on www.rr10.org.uk but an alternative way could be through Allington Lane and Bitterne, which may avoid some of the congestion.
nPlease come and run, even if you have never done an RR10 before, just run in your club vest, it is a league which our ladies team won last year and our men came 3rd. Would be great to replicate last seasons CC6 success and win both the men and the ladies team.
nThe races are not providing water cups now so please bring your own water.
