Martin McBriar appointed Head Coach of Throws

I am pleased to announce that Martin has been appointed Head Coach of Throws as we look to further develop the club under a new head coach structure. Martin will be supported by Bron Carter, a leading throws coach with experience of coaching national and international athletes and has also been a flying coach.
nMartin and the rest of the throws coaches and helpers have done a great job this year by developing the throws group so that we not only have competing athletes but winning ones too. There are a number of athletes with high national rankings.
nThe project Martin and the others are implementing will require further coaches, assistant coaches and helpers so please can I ask any volunteers who would like to support the throws section to come forward by emailing me.
nWe are entering really exciting times for the club in track and field so please join us on this journey.
