Hampshire County Champs - Ladies bring home 4 individual gold medals as well as gold and bronze team medals

The rain stayed away for a fantastic County Championships for the ladies. Helen Hall had a superb race, leading from the start, to convincingly win the senior ladies title. She was followed by Karla Borland (18th) Sam Parkinson (21st) and Laura Fenwick (23rd) who secured a fiercely competitive team bronze medal (1 point ahead of Guernsey).
nVet ladies collected a plethora of golds winning v45 - Sam Parkinson, v50 - Jane Gandee, v55 - Alison Fenwick and overall team gold with Sam Parkinson (7th) Charlie Hoskins (10th) Jane Gandee (13th) and Emma Carter (15th).
nNot to be outdone the Under 20s did amazingly; Grace Mann came 3rd closely followed by Alice Calder in 4th.
nNext competition is the Hampshire Cross Country League in Reading this Saturday, 11th Jan.
