3 performances to add to the rankings this week, with Jess Gordon equalling the clubs indoor high jump record at the age group National Champs in Sheffield and Kathryn Miles improving her seasons times in both 60m & 200m at Lee Valley. I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
