Facebook live sessions - Nick Anderson is up first

On Tuesday 31st March at 7pm, Nick Anderson (Head of Endurance) will be hosting a Facebook Live one-hour session for all our club members. Whilst this initial session may be tailored more towards endurance runners, it should be of interest and relevance to all our members.
nThe plan is to have other event-specific sessions in due course. If you are not a member of the Winchester and District Closed Group, please sign up here if these sessions are of interest to you: https://www.facebook.com/groups/871670906288993/.
nJuniors are able to join in the sessions - their parent should join the session from their account.
nYou will be able to type questions during the session which Nick can answer verbally.
n
nThe purpose of these sessions is to provide guidance to members. The subjects covered may include:
n
n how to train now to keep focused and fit whilst following government guidelines;
n how to focus on other areas, such as strength, power, technique, etc.;
n training ideas from various training groups and coaches;
n how to prevent injuries;
n planning for later in the year;
n the WADAC virtual road race league - info and update;
n other fun challenges;
n quiz questions for all;
n any other relevant notices / information;
n Members’ questions and answers.
