Jumps Master Class

Despite the wet weather today, we had a very good turnout at our first jumps master class this year with around ten coaches, assistant coaches and parent helpers turning up from the u11s and u13s training groups and of course six children volunteers to take part.
nAndy Fisher, head coach of jumps, took the group through the technical points of long and high jump and gave the group some good and useful tips and ideas on how to make it fun and develop the athletes.
nAndy and the other coaches have agreed a jumps plan at the club which aims to support coaches and parent helpers in their development in this area and enables more athletes to take part in long and high jump.
