Poppy goes 3rd on all time 80m hurdles list
In an unprecedented run of record breaking performances from the club's young athletes, U17 woman Poppy Shroff (coach Andy Fisher) ran a pb and an English schools entry standard of 12 seconds flat in the 80m hurdles in appalling conditions in Bracknell earlier today. This moves Poppy to 3rd in the club's all time lists.
nTraining partner Dan Kimber (coach Andy Fisher) also ran a pb of 15.5 secs in the U17 men's 100m hurdles despite clattering the first hurdle and narrowly avoiding a fall.
nThis is the first of the weekend's results to come in and the website will be further updated tomorrow when more of the WADAC performances from the weekend across various locations are known.
