Club 3rd in latest SAL match

As in the first round of matches, WADAC finished in 3rd place in the 2nd round of SAL matches. Placed in the Hampshire league with local clubs, Havant, Portsmouth & Southampton there were many creditable performances on the day including a number of debuts for the club. We continue to use a young team for SAL matches with a sprinkling of seasoned campaigners who add great depth and experience. We are continuing to build a senior squad with next year and beyond in mind.The best performances of the day came from Shelley Parr (self coached) in the discus and Calum Upton (coach Dave Vosser) in the 3000m steeplechase and we look forward to the next match which is at home on the 14th August.Full results through link below.https://www.southernathletics....
