WADAC boys claim second place in Clarendon Marathon Relay

Competing against senior teams, the WADAC Whippets quartet gave their all on the fearsome, hilly, cross-country course that is the annual Clarendon Marathon, but despite dipping under 2h55m, had to settle for second place behind a strong senior team from Basingstoke. It was a great team performance nevertheless, and with an average age of 15, the lads are well-placed to go one better at some point in the future. Well done also to training group team-mates Ben Schofield and Tom Briggs, who both completed the half marathon in strong times on the same day.
