Results from Kings Garn CC6 race

A dry Kings Garn Inclosure course with a welcome return to the New Forest for the CC6 league. The Winchester women came 3rd led in by Emma Carter (8th), Mikaela Price (11th) and Caroline Carr (16th) with excellent support from Joy Radford (20th). Despite fixture congestion during the weekend which may have had an impact on performances, the men were brought in my improving stalwart Will Harding (9th), Andy Costello (26th), Stephen Lowy (50th) and Steve Oliver (52nd), scoring the mens team a respectable (if not mid table) 7th. In all we had 13 club members competing on the day. We remain in the Forest for the next league race taking place at Holmsley on the 9th January, 9.30am. The perfect warm down following the County championship cross country the previous day! See you there.
