Final CC6 race results at Fleming Park and this years awards go to...

The 8th and last CC6 race this season provided a familiar circuit round the old golf course for our Mothering Sunday race. Wayne Bevan (10th) led out the Winchester men despite a 6 mile warm up before the start! While Ellie Swire (2nd) brought in the Winchester women who proved too strong for Totton with Jane Gandee (3rd) and Charlie Hoskins (8th) completing a powerful team. Will Harding (14th), Jack Rowland (17th) and marathon man Paul Horler (31st) completed the mens team who brought us fourth overall.
nAs some of you may know we have been running an internal club competition for the supreme club runners in the CC6 league. Points go to performance, attendance and marshalling too. So the winners are Will Harding and Ellie Swire. Well done, a special award is being prepared!
